2.2 Adhira Realtors ensures the accuracy of property listings and related information but cannot guarantee the completeness or correctness of all details.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the property agreement.

3.2 Adhira Realtors does not accept responsibility for delays or errors in payments caused by external factors, such as banking issues or technical disruptions.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

4.1 Client information will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

4.2 Adhira Realtors maintains confidentiality for all client dealings unless disclosure is required by law.

5. Property Maintenance and Warranty

5.1 Adhira Realtors is not responsible for the ongoing maintenance of properties after purchase unless explicitly agreed upon.

5.2 Any warranty or guarantees related to the property will be specified in the purchase agreement.

6. Liability

6.1 Adhira Realtors will not be liable for losses or damages arising from natural calamities, unforeseen circumstances, or acts beyond its control.

6.2 Clients are advised to independently verify property details before completing transactions.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.

7.2 Disputes will first be addressed through mutual consultation and resolution.

8. Amendments

8.1 Adhira Realtors reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Continued use of services post amendments indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
